Rent Rewards is a program that allows residents (or tenants) to build credit and earn exclusive retailer perks simply by paying rent on-time through participating property management firms.
Every on-time rent payment is automatically reported to credit bureaus, helping you establish or improve your credit score. Additionally, you gain access to hundreds of perks from popular retailers and restaurants.
Important: Residents cannot enroll themselves in Rent Rewards. Your property management firm must offer this program and obtain your consent to participate.
