Uploading Publicly Available Materials: When you upload Publicly Available Materials, we collect and use certain information about the document or record that you are uploading (including the jurisdiction, document type, tenant name, landlord name, rental unit address), the content of the document or record itself, along with your email address. We use this information to review the Publicly Available Materials, to ensure that they qualify for publication on our Website, and to correspond with the uploader about these matters. We also use artificial intelligence systems to summarize Publicly Available Materials, and make those summaries available to the public.

Personal Information in Publicly Available Materials: If your personal information is included in Publicly Available Materials uploaded to or accessible by our Website, we collect and use it for the purpose of making those materials more easily and readily accessible to the public, and to help us provide the Services.

Marketing Communications: If you sign up to receive email, SMS and other marketing communications, we will collect your name, email address and phone number in order to send you newsletters, offers, promotions, and other information that may be tailored to your interests and preferences.
